Terms and Conditions — Websites: Design, Build and Hosting

Amendments and Edits: Our estimate includes up to two rounds of minor amendments. Any additional or excessive amendments, as well as edits to your content, will be subject to additional charges. ​

Scope of Work: Any work requested outside the scope of the original estimate will be treated as additional and will be separately estimated and charged.

Post-Launch Support: We offer 14 days of complimentary support following the website’s launch to address any bugs or errors. After this period, any further training, support, changes, or issue resolution—including addressing problems identified after the initial 14 days—will be charged on a time and materials basis, regardless of whether the issues were present at launch.

Client Responsibility: While wotUwant strives to avoid errors, omissions, and inaccuracies,, the final responsibility for all published materials, whether digital or print, rests with the Client.

Liability and Indemnity: wotUwant shall not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred by the Client. The Client agrees to indemnify wotUwant against any damages, losses, or expenses arising from claims that materials provided by the Client infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

Confidentiality and Data Protection: Both parties are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of each other’s information and will comply with all applicable Data Protection principles.

Authorship Credit: A credit link to wotUwant will be included at the bottom of each webpage unless the Client specifically requests its removal.

Copyright Ownership: The copyright and reproduction rights for all artwork, graphics, illustrations, digital images, photographic transparencies, and negatives remain the property of wotUwant unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Hosting Termination: If the Client cancels hosting services with wotUwant, the website will be removed from our server. wotUwant is not responsible for retaining any data or files associated with the website. It is the Client’s responsibility to download and secure all website files prior to the termination of hosting, as these files will not be stored by wotUwant.

Domain Management: If requested, wotUwant will manage the domain/s on behalf of the client for the duration of the services or contract. Transfer: Clients may transfer their domain to or from our services as needed. We will help facilitate the transfer process in accordance with the registrar’s guidelines. Renewal: Clients are responsible for ensuring the timely renewal of their domain to avoid expiration. While we will provide renewal reminders, the ultimate responsibility rests with the client.
